Tomorrow’s leaders must understand our increasingly digital world and how to navigate it. Shady Side’s breadth of cutting-edge resources, labs, and maker spaces put digital learning directly in the hands of curious students.
A unified 6-12 campus will give our middle schoolers access to more spaces built for real-world learning. Senior school students are also beneficiaries of improved, more technologically advanced learning spaces that mirror an increasingly digital world outside of school.
As we reimagine our campus layout, we have the unique ability to provide students with real-world learning experiences that will prepare them to become ethical, humane leaders in today’s digital world.
The ability to move into a building that is designed for early adolescent learning is such an opportunity.
